Using the Service

Q. What does Autoagens offer?

A. A unified platform that handles AI blog automation, AI video generation, AI image generation, and AI background music generation in a single workflow.

Q. Can I use Korean prompts?

A. Yes. Korean, English and Japanese prompts are all supported and auto-translated where necessary before being passed to the AI models.

Coins & Billing

Q. How do I top up coins?

A. Choose a subscription plan on the pricing page to receive monthly coins automatically. One-off coin purchases are also available.

Q. Are coins refunded if a job fails?

A. Yes — failures caused by our side (model server errors, network timeouts) trigger automatic refunds. Prompt-side errors are reviewed by support on a case-by-case basis.

Q. What is the refund policy?

A. Unused coins are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. Used coins are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy page for details.

Rights to AI Output

Q. Can I use generated images and videos commercially?

A. Yes, for commercial and non-commercial purposes, provided the use does not infringe third-party rights. Check individual AI model provider licenses as well.

Q. Can I create deepfakes or use specific people's faces?

A. Generating a specific person's likeness without consent is prohibited. Violations result in account suspension.
