These Terms govern your use of Autoagens provided by C&2K Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). The Korean original is the controlling version; this English translation is provided for convenience.
1. Account & Membership
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. We may refuse or terminate accounts created with false identity or by users under 14 without guardian consent.
You can withdraw at any time. After a withdrawal request, account data and content are quarantined for 100 days (during which you can download or undo) before permanent deletion. Immediate deletion is available on request under PIPA Article 36.
2. Service Scope
Autoagens provides AI blog automation, video / image / music generation, workflow templates, and automated publishing to currently active connected platforms (YouTube and the autoagens.com child blog). Future platforms will be added only after a separate consent flow that discloses the data fields, purpose, retention, and consequences of refusal (see Privacy Policy §3(2)).
Service contents, models, and timings can change. We will give 7 days notice (immediate notice in case of urgency). External AI providers (OpenAI, Google, fal.ai, etc.) may change policies or have outages — we will substitute alternative models or notify users as fast as possible.
3. User Conduct
Prohibited: false identity, third-party rights infringement, defamation, obscenity, malware distribution, attempts to bypass safety filters, deepfakes / non-consensual intimate imagery, weapons / drug instructions, election or financial manipulation, scraping, model weight extraction, abuse of payment methods.
You warrant that the identity / business / image data you upload is yours to upload and that you have obtained any third-party consent required (e.g., employees, customers, patients depicted in photos).
4. Inputs & Generated Content
Rights to your input remain yours. By submitting input you allow us to process it for service delivery, automated publishing you authorized, abuse detection, legal compliance, and (only with separate opt-in) pseudonymized model evaluation.
AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or coincidentally similar to existing works. Korean copyright law may not recognize copyright in AI-generated works absent meaningful human creativity. You are responsible for review before publishing or commercial use.
External-publication liability is allocated by contribution: you are responsible for choices about whether/where/when/how to publish, edits you apply, and breaches of platform terms. We are responsible where our gross negligence introduces a defect in the AI output, our auto-publish system malfunctions, or we fail to apply mandatory AI-content labels under §6. Shared fault is shared by contribution.
Where you connect external blog / SNS accounts, automated publishing happens under your name on schedules you set. We do not guarantee outcomes on those external platforms, and content remaining on them after disconnect is governed by their policies.
5. Billing, Coins & Refunds
Paid plans (subscription, coin top-up, enterprise) are billed via supported payment processors. Auto-renewals are notified 7 days in advance and can be cancelled at any time.
Price increases or free-to-paid conversions require your explicit prior consent (E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act, Article 13(6)).
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. AI Disclosures
For content we auto-publish on your behalf to currently active connected platforms (YouTube, autoagens.com child blog), we mandatorily apply AI-content labels under Article 31 of the Korean AI Framework Act — metadata tag, platform-native AI label (e.g., YouTube), and an in-video subtitle for video.
For content you download and publish yourself, the AI labels remain in place. You must not strip them; if a Korean labelling obligation applies to you, you must comply yourself, and any liability arising from removal is yours.
We will update the labelling method when implementation regulations / guidelines under AI Framework Act §31 change, and notify users in advance.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
We are not liable for force majeure (war, natural disaster, telecom outages, third-party AI API outages), damages caused by your inputs, or expected revenues. Liability for direct damages from our gross negligence or willful misconduct is limited to the service fees paid in the preceding month.
Disputes are first handled by our customer center. Mediation through Korea Consumer Agency or the Electronic Commerce Mediation Committee may be used before litigation.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the competent court at your address (Korean Civil Procedure Act applies for foreign residents).
9. Changes
We give 7 days notice (30 days for changes adverse to members). Continued use after the effective date constitutes consent.
